Last day of Iceland Airwaves Music Festival 2012. Last but not least, as the heroes homecoming is their first live show in Iceland since four years. After the release of the last work Valtarí, the band changed line-up having a new guitarist and pianist in Kjartan Holm from For a Minor Reflection.
The Jónsi genius is yet unchanged, maybe more mature, and the sound of the band is even improved. The visual installation was something huge and completely outstanding, chapeaux. Could have been maybe a little distracting from the band performance, but hey! If this is a distraction I’m fine to deal with it.
